About Jeremy Swartz
Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Jeremy has over 25 years successful senior leadership experience around the world in the high-tech software market.
Between 2001 and 2017 he held senior leadership positions with Dimension Data, IBM, and Thunderhead, with P&L responsibility across the US, Europe, the Middle East, AsiaPacific and Africa. In 2014 he relocated to Sydney, Australia where, as Thunderhead’s Vice President, he led a team that broke company records for both profitability and growth.
Between 2018 and 2022, as Chief Revenue Officer of ESW Capital, he was instrumental in the successful integration, scaling and operation of scores of software corporations. In addition he led and grew elite teams hundreds strong across multiple disciplines and geographies.
In 2023, after consulting to the board for a number of months, he was appointed CEO of Trade Shield, an AI driven fintech, a position he held until February 2025.
With executive qualifications from Harvard and London Business Schools, Jeremy brings world class leadership skills to the table and has an extensive C-level network across the globe. He is fluent in English, French and Afrikaans and travels extensively.
Married with 2 daughters and two grandchildren he divides his time between South Africa, the US and Italy. He devotes his spare time to reading, writing, golf and the guitar.
